In the past, aircraft owners and operators used to take their planes to the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for a quick review of the items that were due for maintenance. However, we have found that it is more advantageous to perform a comprehensive review and create a long-term, scheduled maintenance program.

Aircraft maintenance schedules can be based on flight hours, landing cycles, or calendar time. We can create a customized plan according to the client's requirements. This plan will include scheduling all the items due along with any future items that can be beneficial to complete simultaneously. Additionally, we will review all service bulletins, service letters, and airworthiness directives for your aircraft, to comply with during scheduled maintenance visits.

Effective management of aircraft maintenance schedules is crucial to keeping costs low and minimizing downtime. It is essential to know when inspections are due, which areas of the aircraft are involved, and their status to organize work packages that make financial sense while ensuring the aircraft remains in excellent condition and available for service.

 Here are the benefits of having Jet MTX manage your OEM maintenance visits,

1. Before sending your aircraft to the OEM maintenance facility, you can bring it to Jet MTX, and we will review the incoming work scope in full. 

2. Once at the OEM maintenance facility, we will manage the progress daily while overseeing the discrepancy list to verify its legitimacy and effectiveness. 

3. Jet MTX will oversee the effective repair of the discrepancies as they are being worked, to alleviate any potential for a delay in return to service. 

4. We will oversee the parts ordering and provide an avenue to all possible solutions, including outside vendors that may not be provided to you through the OEM maintenance facility. 

5. After the release from the OEM facility, we will undertake the correct operational checks of the affected systems before accepting the aircraft's return to service. 

6. We have a full detailing and restocking service option prior to releasing the aircraft from Jet MTX, if requested, including wet wash. 

7. We will review the final invoice to verify accurate billing, application of discounts, and ensure charges are applied to the proper programs. 

8. Many issues coming from OEM maintenance providers stem from loss of 

communication. Jet MTX offers you a single honest and accurate point of contact. We will directly deal with all communications to all departments at the OEM facility. Providing you with accurate updates and tracking of progress, with a single point of contact. 

9. Through our ability to provide continuous on-site oversight of your project we ensure continuous progress reducing any progress stalls through lack of priority. We make sure your project is always a priority.
